If you are a beginner we can provide a watercolour kit at an additional charge. Please pre-order this at the time of booking.

Depending on how you like to work, you might require some sort of standing easel, tripod or pochade box to work on. Some people like to work on their laps, especially with watercolour and sketching.

You may also want to bring a foldout stool or chair if you prefer to work sitting down.

The Artist

David has been running his own classes and workshops in and around Shropshire for over ten years. The main theme of them is ‘Enjoyment’. This builds up the individuals’ confidence in what they are learning while having fun.

David will teach you how to create your watercolour piece,  in the form of simple exercises, encourages your own style and understanding using a basic structure as a guideline before applying new skills to a finished painting.
