Our Chef
About Beth
Our wonderful Chef, Beth is renowned for her amazing celebration and wedding cakes for which she has recently been awarded the Best Wedding Cakes award for Mid Wales 2022.
Beth trained at Radbrook Catering college, before her career began in hotel and restaurant kitchens. Beth started her catering business in the early 2000’s, until 2008 when her amazing cakes forged her baking career. Beth has been with us at Bryn Tanat since 2014 and her culinary skills are enjoyed by all!
