EV Charging Guide

Our EV charger is available exclusively for our resident guests staying at Bryn Tanat Hall, Kowloon Park, Pinelands Lodge and Mercury Eco Cabin. The charger is not available for spa visitors, gym members or other day guests.

Charging your electric vehicle is quick and easy. You can choose to charge using your web browser (no app required) or via the Fuuse app.

Option 1 – No App Required

1. Park and plug your vehicle into the charger.

2. Scan the QR code displayed on the information plaque or on the charger screen using your phone’s camera.

3. This will open charger BTH-CHARGER-001 in your web browser.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions, add your payment details, and your charging session will begin.

Option 2 – Using the Fuuse App

1. Download the Fuuse app and create an account.

2. Add your preferred payment method.

3. Plug your vehicle into the charger.

4. Open the app and select Scan QR Code.

5. Scan the QR code below or the QR code displayed on the charger screen.

6. Select BTH-CHARGER-001 to begin charging.

EV Charger FAQs

Is this the only EV charging point on the estate?

Yes. We have one dedicated EV charger with a single charging bay available for staying guests. Please do not charge your vehicle using any other power outlets located around the estate or within your accommodation. These are not designed for vehicle charging. For the safety of our guests and property, please only use the designated EV charging point.

Who can use the EV charger?

The EV charger is available exclusively for registered overnight guests staying at Bryn Tanat Hall, Kowloon Park, Pinelands Lodge or Mercury Eco Cabin. It is not available for spa visitors, gym members, day guests or members of the public.

How do I use and pay for the charger?

You can either scan the QR code using your phone’s camera and pay through your web browser, or use the Fuuse app. All charging sessions and payments are managed through the Fuuse platform.

Is there anything I should know before charging?

Please ensure your vehicle is compatible with the charging equipment and follow the on-screen instructions. The EV charging bay is reserved for vehicles that are actively charging, so we kindly ask that you move your vehicle promptly once your charging session has finished to allow other staying guests to use the charger.

What if I experience a problem?

Whilst we do our best to keep the charger available, access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical faults or another guest using the charger. If you need assistance during your stay, please speak to a member of the Bryn Tanat Hall team. Please note that vehicles and their contents remain the responsibility of their owner whilst using the charging facilities.
