How your stay works

At Bryn Tanat Hall, your group is spread across a collection of five individual properties within the estate grounds, offering a comfortable and flexible way for up to 48 guests to stay together.

The Hall becomes the heart of the stay for shared meals and time together, while the surrounding properties offer privacy and independence for different parts of your group.

Inside your Accommodation

All of our properties are fully equipped for self-catering stays, giving your group complete flexibility throughout your visit. You can choose to come together for shared meals in the Hall, or enjoy time apart in your own accommodation when you need a little space. Each property includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including private hot tubs and outdoor space, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, lounge space, wifi and parking, ensuring a relaxed and well-connected experience for all guests.

Yes! Children are very welcome. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request (linen not provided).

Our estate offers a safe and private environment perfect for children of all ages, with spacious gardens for supervised outdoor play and access to tennis courts. Nearby, families can enjoy attractions like the Llangollen Railway, Park Hall Farm animal visits, climbing at Shrewsbury’s Climbing the Walls, pony trekking, and the Battlefield Falconry Centre — ensuring plenty of fun for little ones through to teens.

Yes! The Wellness Spa offers a range of treatments including massages, facials, and beauty essentials. Use of the spa suite—which includes a rain shower, sauna, and hydrotherapy tub—can be booked at an extra charge. Please note the spa is open to both estate guests and local clients, so we recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred treatments.

Guests can use the fitness suite complimentary during their stay. A quick induction is required at the start of your visit, which can be booked in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.

We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking, including e-cigarettes.
Please enjoy the outdoor hot tubs with respect for all guests.
We appreciate your consideration in keeping noise levels at a respectful volume when using outdoor spaces.

Taxis are limited locally, so pre-booking is advised.

We don’t have a restaurant, café, or bar on site since we’re mainly a self-catering estate. However, if you’re booking the whole estate or Bryn Tanat Hall, our lovely in-house team can provide delicious catered meals. Catered dining is perfect for celebrations or corporate stays, making your time together even more special and stress-free.

Please note, catering is not available for the lodges or Eco-Cabin unless booked as part of a large group booking of the whole estate.

For all accommodations, there are plenty of great local eateries nearby, and every property has a fully equipped kitchen so you can easily prepare your own meals.

Yes! Your booking includes fresh linen, bath towels, bathrobes, and towels specifically for the hot tubs. We also provide VOYA organic toiletries, hairdryers, and access to laundry facilities.

We take a 20% deposit at the time of booking.

The balance is due 12 weeks before the date booked.

We reqire a cautionary Deposit £1,000 refundable deposit for the Hall

£250 additional refundable deposit for each Lodge

£100 additional refundable deposit for the Eco-Cabin
