Fitness at Bryn Tanat Hall is easy and we are excited to invite you to join our exclusive fitness membership at Bryn Tanat Wellness.

Adults wishing to use the fitness suite during their stay must undertake a short induction and guests session must be pre-booked.

If you’re planning on getting into shape for the season ahead, there’s no better time to kick start that new regime. Our Fitness Suite offers a wide range of new cardiovascular machines including Technogym equipment and Life Fitness resistance machines as well as free weights, swiss balls and mats for a total body workout. The suite is suitable for beginners and advanced participants alike.

Strictly for persons over the age of 18 years

This is due to the gym being an unsupervised space during opening hours and guests under the age of 18 are not covered by our insurance, even with parent supervision. 

Fitness For Guests

Use of the fitness suite is complementary to all guests staying at Bryn Tanat Hall, Pinelands, Kowloon Park and Mercury Pod.

Before access, all guests wishing to use the fitness suite during their stay must undertake a short induction; this can be booked in advance.

Whether you want to exercise gently or be pushed to your limit, we have PTs who will provide tailored training to suit your needs.
