Alternatively, vouchers can be purchased in person at the spa, where they will be beautifully presented in a ribbon-tied envelope, ready to gift.

If you wish to purchase in person, please visit during our opening hours. We kindly recommend calling ahead, so we can ensure one of our therapists is available to assist you.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed in full or used towards any spa treatment of their choice. Please note that vouchers are strictly valid for 12 months and cannot be accepted after the expiry date.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to enjoy them, whether for spa treatments, spa days, stays, or retail purchases. Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, so we encourage you to plan your indulgence within the 12 months.

Online vouchers are sent instantly via email, perfect for last-minute gifting or a surprise delivered straight to their inbox. If you visit the spa, your voucher will be carefully placed in a luxury envelope, tied with a soft satin ribbon, ready to delight the recipient the moment it’s presented.

For in-person purchases, we warmly welcome you to visit the spa. We always suggest calling ahead, as the front desk is managed by our therapists between treatments and may not be immediately available to assist with a walk-in purchase. This ensures a therapist can personally assist you and present your voucher beautifully in a ribbon-tied envelope, ready to gift.

Our vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They have been thoughtfully chosen and gifted, giving you the pleasure of selecting a spa experience, treatment, or retail item that suits your moment of indulgence.

To redeem your voucher, simply enter the voucher code in the payment options when booking your appointment through our online booking system. This ensures your voucher is applied correctly to your chosen treatment or experience. If you are booking over the phone or in person, please quote your voucher code so one of our therapists can apply it to your appointment and ensure everything is ready for your visit.

If a booking has been made using a voucher, either as full payment or a deposit, and the appointment is cancelled outside our standard cancellation policy, the voucher value cannot be refunded, and the usual charges may still apply.

Bryn Tanat Wellness Spa is open six days a week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. The spa is closed on Mondays, although the spa suite is available for Club members.From Tuesday to Sunday, our opening hours are:

Tuesday 9am–5pm, Wednesday 9am–6pm, Thursday 9am–7pm, Friday and Saturday 9am–6pm, and Sunday 9am–5pm.
