We are looking for a Spa Therapist
PART TIME – 4 DAY PER WEEK OVER 7 DAYS
Bryn Tanat Wellness Spa is a fast growing, spa, beauty and fitness business in Llansantffraid, Powys and we’re looking for an experienced, ambitious, like-minded, client-focused Spa Therapist to join our existing team.
We are proud to offer a unique and private spa experience. Partnered with luxury brands such as Aromatherapy Associates, CACI, Delilah Cosmetics, OPI, Elim and Outback Organics our team of therapists are passionate about delivering a wide range of personalised self-care treatments which include massage, facials, make-up, waxing, manicures and pedicures. The spa and treatment rooms are open for our guests, members and clients seven days per week.
Main Duties
* Carrying out a range of treatments to an exceptional standard.
* Offer a warm welcome to all clients and completing associated administration.
* Maintain and develop client relationships.
* Deliver levels of service that consistently exceed expectations.
* Opening and closing procedures.
* Ensuring treatment rooms, Spa Suite and Fitness Suite are kept clean and tidy.
* Complying with all relevant Health & Safety and training requirements.
Skills & Experience
* Spa Therapist experience is preferable however we are also happy to consider freelance or salon experience. Full brand training will be provided.
* NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent i.e.: City and guilds Diploma Level 2 & 3 or CIDESCO to Level 3, VTCT Level 2 & 3 is required. Level 3 Body Massage therapy is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills with a warm, friendly and welcoming personality.
